Rain
Rain holds so many meanings. Refreshing and cool, it washes away your worries. Hard and relentless, it smothers all sound. Preceded by a sharp, brisk scent and darkening sky...it is the water to wipe the slate clean.

Home is where the heart is. Haha, if that's true, then is your heart where your home is, too?

"Why are you always smiling so much?" Gokudera growled. He made a move and I had to block his punch to my gut.
"Well, why are you always so violent, Gokudera?" I laughed. His fist disappeared as soon as Tsuna turned to look at us.
He gave both of us an exasperated look. "Yamamoto, we have to pay attention to the lesson i

Going about our daily routine,
I hide in the crowd, trying not to be seen.
Life is not as easy as it seems,
So I decide toss away my soul and dreams.
I wonder what it would be like to fly,
Unhindered and free through the clouds in the sky
Like one of those eagles on the wing,
Without having to worry about a thing.
And once again, upon the ground,
I lie waiting for death, without a sound.
If I were more richpopularsmart
Would I be able to fill this hole in my heart?
How, truly, could one forget
Their piled up sin and gathered regret
When at last they reach their final place

There was once a time when Birds ruled the land and skies.
They were hailed as gods, free to fly uninhibited among the clouds and through the sunbeams. With towering headdresses of gold, and with breasts of ruby, emerald, and sapphire, Birds claimed the highest mountains as their own.
Then, Humans came. Two-legged and awkward, they struggled to survive. Birds sneered at the mammals, stranded and starving upon the land. However, Humans soon discovered fire.
They exploited its use so that, quickly, the flames of industry burned across the mountain, razing t
Playing with Fire
A boy and a girl stood, partners in crime,
looking down upon their four outstretched palms.
The boy breathed a flickering flame ashine;
the girl whispered words filled with soothing alms.
Within that fire, a bright scene was lit.
A family of five--mother, father,
brother, and sister--sat about a pit.
Eating, from what the partners could gather.
Smiling and happy, they shared their joys and
woes: a conglomeration of some sort.
They were satisfied with their decent hands.
If in poker, it would not come up short.
The boy whistled a melancholy note,
and the girl grasped for his cruel mouth too late.
Sadly, she wa
I never meant to say goodbye.
I didn't want you to know I lied. My backpack filled with tests and things,
Of sketches of mermaids and wings.
You took them all with you,
Whipping them away from me,
Taking my strawberries away from the cream.
And as the clock continued forward,
I watched you walk away.
The grass beneath your feet began to sway
Wind from a place far, far away
Whispered, "You knew this was going to happen,"
In a slippery voice.
I felt a wetness in my eye and had to blink.
As I thought of the day we met,
And I had felt butterflies in my stomach.
I'm so sad to see you go,
Like a cowboy riding into the sunset

"All the better to help the Tenth with homework," Gokudera thought.
"Here, Tenth," he said. "If x equals 1 in that equation, then y would equal the square root of 3."

Such a busy, busy month. =_=
I am now doing not so well in several of my classes at school. I'm. Not. Happy.
DX
I made a new friend though. An otaku friend! She likes Katekyo Hitman Reborn! as well, so we like discussing the randomness of the plotline and the awesomeness of the characters during English class or something. Eh, who cares about Transendentalism?
On a brighter note, Xanxus's birthday was on Monday, Reborn's birthday yesterday, and Tsuna's birthday today, so I've been a happy KHR! fan all week. I was able to wear my Storm Ring on all three days (and I wore my Storm Belt today. :D ). AND THE LATEST CHAPTER JUST CAME OUT.

...especially since I've gotten a new Wacom Bamboo Pen tablet. I'm trying to type this whole journal using just the Input function, but it's taking wayyy too long.
I really want to thank a certain person-who knows-who-they-are for buying this for my Bday.
And if I didn't seem as ecstatic as you wanted me to be when you gave me my present... Well, I was too busy trying to play with it to waste energy on yelling how awesome you were. XD 'cuz you definitely made my weekend. And now I'm going to switch back to typing because no matter how awesome writing out words with a tablet is, it's just too slow to be efficient. =.= (not to mention my hur
...I got to keep the birthday skin on the entries I used them on?! HOW. AWESOME. (not on this one, though. )
Writing this journal to take a break, yay.
And I just uploaded the Shakespearean sonnet I promised you guys days ago. =_=; I am SO sorry...
Not that it's much to look at. >.> Unless you like dark themes and KH-- I mean, certain manga references? XD
I will take a moment to review with you what happened in the Katekyo chapter that came out last week...NO, WAIT.
There WASN'T a chapter last week. TT_TT I think you can guess how I felt when I realized on Friday that Naruto, Bleach, and KHR! hadn't come out yet.
That's right. Devastati
